Welcome to BS ONLINE. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, online classes, the BS+ MCQ app, and any other services we provide (collectively, the "Services"). By enrolling in a class, creating an account, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Enrolment and Accounts

To access certain Services, such as online classes or the student portal, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your account with others.

Fees and Payments

Class fees, subscription charges, and other payments are as advertised at the time of enrolment. Fees must be paid in full and on time to retain access to classes and materials. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access to any Service for accounts with outstanding payments. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

Course Content and Intellectual Property

All recorded lessons, live class sessions, notes, past papers, MCQs, and other learning materials provided through BS ONLINE are the intellectual property of BS ONLINE and Nadeesha Koralage. You may use this content for your personal study only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or resell any course material.
• Record, screenshot, or share live or recorded classes with anyone outside your own account.
• Upload course content to any other website, app, or public platform.

Acceptable Use

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in a way that disrupts other students' access.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data.
• Post or transmit abusive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate content through our chatbot, forms, or any other communication channel.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms.

Class Schedules and Changes

We make reasonable efforts to keep to published class schedules, but timings, venues, instructors, and syllabus coverage may change due to circumstances beyond our control. We will notify students of any significant changes where possible.

Limitation of Liability

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to provide accurate and high-quality educational content, we do not guarantee specific examination results or outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BS ONLINE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
